Executive Breakfast with Randy Rose, CEO, Enzymatic Therapy
Still time to RSVP!
Current's main event for December is a new offering. We will be hosting a breakfast event featuring a presentation by Randy Rose, CEO, Enzymatic Therapy.

About Randy Rose and Enzymatic Therapy

Randy James Rose is President and CEO of Enzymatic Therapy.  A Green Bay native, he graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison with a degree in East Asian History. He went onto earn executive certificates in Food Marketing from Cornell University and General Management Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business.

Randy’s career includes successful leadership roles in major companies, including Procter & Gamble, Ralston Purina and Energizer Holdings. As a Wisconsin native, he had always hoped to return to the area, and Enzymatic Therapy’s mission of “improving the health of America, one person at a time,” was exactly the personal mission for which he had been looking for. After meeting with Associates whom are the company’s greatest strength, he decided that Enzymatic Therapy, Inc. was the right place to be and joined the company in September of 2002.

Enzymatic Therapy, Inc. employs over 350 people and is now the fastest growing of the top 10 brands in Health Food retail outlets. The Company is also one of the only  nutraceutical manufacturers to have both an FDA Drug Registration and the prestigious organic processor certification.

Randy is married to Deborah Ann and they have two children, Brianne, and Chelsea.

Lincoln on Leadership
By: Donald T. Phillips
Facilitated By: John Zakowski, district attorney, Brown County

From the Publisher
An insightful look at how Lincoln's expertise in leadership transformed a nation describes how these skills can be incorporated into today's society by following his examples and wisdom.

About Read to Lead
Current launched this reading group to encourage young professionals to pursue professional development through reading.  The program offers participants a chance to network and to reflect on leadership, best practices, and other special topics pertinent to a variety of industries.  The program is also intended to provide an opportunity for young professionals to interact with area leaders who have significant work experience and are generally more advanced in their careers. It is not required that you have read the book, simply that you enjoy the conversation.

Ambassador Program
Current is actively seeking members who would like to participate in a newly created program aimed at working with new members and prospective corporate members.

Current ambassadors will be responsible for the recruitment and retention of individual and corporate members. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining relationships between Current and other outside organizations. Ambassadors will go through regular training to ensure they are knowledgeable about all facets of the organization.

This will be a 3-5 hour commitment per month. This includes time spent at events with new members, meeting with new members and prospective corporate members and presenting to local organizations.

If interested, email Brian Johnson for more details or call 593-3408. At this time we are establishing an interest list. Co-chairs Anthony Steffek and Chad Heath will host an informative meeting on December 15th at 5:30 pm at the chamber office to discuss more details.
